Lotoo LTTP WT-1 TX or Transmitter is a $110 USD Wireless Lossless transmitter designed by Lotoo for their PAW GT2 DAP as well as other Lotoo products that support this protocol, to allow you to transmit signals from a smartphone to your Lotoo device, via a wireless teleportation protocol.
Introduction
Lotoo decided to make something truly unique, and create a transmitter that would allow you to get lossless wireless signals from your source to your Lotoo PAW GT2, as well as other Lotoo products, like the Mjolnir. Quite amazing is that Lotoo LTTP TX Transmitter actually has a unique protocol, which is LTTP or Lotoo Teleportation Protocol, which is a wireless technology developed by Lotoo. This protocol is different from Bluetooth as it is truly lossless without any tricks.

Build Quality / Subjective Usage
Lotoo LTTP WT-1 is a very small transmitter that has a removable connector which can either be Type-C or Lightning, and you can swap between them using the extra found in the box. It is lightweight but balanced, and I like that it is a bit larger to allow me to have some kind of shape to hold for it.
There is an LED light at the bottom, and it is very light at just 10.5 grams, having an operating frequency of 2.4G and a maximum transmission rate of 1.5 MBPS. The total delay when it is used as a USB DAC for a computer is around one second, so you can mainly listen to music and not play games nor movies while using the LTTP WT-1. You can theoretically switch between Low Latency and High-Resolution, but as we’re talking about a transmitter module that will be paired with the mighty PAW GT2, I feel like most people will use it in High Resolution.
Lotoo LTTP WT-1 is Plug and Play, nothing else needed, it does not need to charge, and it will work with anything that has a Type-C output, including smartphones, PC computers, other music players, streamers, all of these tested by me. Support goes as high as 96 kHz / 24 Bit for high-resolution audio, but for true lossless, we have support up to 48 kHz / 24 Bit. As far as I am aware, Lotoo has the only TX or Transmitter that can push lossless data streams currently on the market.
I noticed an interesting effect, when the smartphone and PAW GT2 are in proximity of each other, and after Lotoo LTTP TX WT 1 has been running for a while, it somehow reverts to a much lower latency of around 40 ms, which is low enough that you can watch movies and even play games using the WT-1 LTTP Transmitter.
Sound Quality
Pairings – Lotoo WT-1 LTTP Wireless Transmitter will automatically be detected and paired with PAW GT2, or at least in my case it came paired and I had absolutely nothing else to do to make them work. I can test and hear that the signal is absolutely lossless, but what’s more interesting is that it never fails, it stays connected, and PAW GT2 becomes more versatile this way. No added noise, no signal drops, and the sound is exactly the same as if playing from a local microSD card.
Overall Signature – To be honest, I was not expecting a little wireless transmitter to kindle back my love for Lotoo PAW GT2, but being able to stream some music from my Tidal playlist effortlessly, and knowing it is all lossless, also connecting it to my computer and streaming my own library lossless without having to copy the files to the SD card inside of the PAW GT2 is a real gamechanger for me.
While I don’t consider myself lazy, I appreciate when something makes it convenient for me to use that product, I love convenience and as you may know from advanced studies in the audiophile world / music listening / psychology, your state of mind can heavily influence your perception of a product and its sound, for example if you listen relaxed and at peace, you will hear music with much better detail, as you can focus on everything, and not rush the whole experience.
In fact, having peace of mind can result in a smoother, more organic sound, because your mind is the processing center that actually creates what we perceive as music and even all your thoughts. Beyond this esoteric description and why people with shiny things that they enjoy often report a much better music listening experience, I am reminded by how rich and detailed, yet fatigue-free PAW GT2.
I always gravitate towards it when I think of the best DAP of this year, it is simply brilliant in resolution and detail, clarity and still it manages to sound rich and refined, slightly soft and enjoyable to the ear. PAW GT2 is impressive in how much brightness and brilliance it can reveal in the treble, whilst having a powerful, yet soft and smooth bass. It is musicality incarnate and PAW GT2 will forever be my favorite DAP for relaxing yet hearing everything there is inside of my music. Lotoo LTTP WT-1 TX is just a transparent window for that PAW GT2 to shine with my music, my files, it is just a transfer protocol which is lossless.
Value and Conclusion
If you already own a high-end Lotoo product such as the mighty PAW GT2, Lotoo LTTP WT-1 is a priceless device, as it allows you something that has never been done before in the audio world this way, so putting a 100 USD price tag on something that audiophiles have been seeking for ages is simply too good to be true.
At the end of the day, I fully recommend using the Lotoo LTTP WT-1 TX, it is a brilliant transmitter that allows you to stream wireless data from your source phone or computer to your PAW GT2 or other high-end Lotoo devices, it achieves perfect lossless transparent transmission.
